To carry on the business of building and developing residential commercial properties and to carry on the business as promoters, builders, developers, contractors, construction and maintenance contractors of industrial buildings, sheds, warehouses, shopping malls, multiplexes, hutments and structures and for that purpose undertake development of land; buildings, renovate, enlarge, extend, pull down, re-build and excavate prepare layouts for building and construction activities. Every person with Indian nationality is competent to be an associate, who is of the age of majority according to law to which he is subject and he is of sound mind and is not disqualified from contracting by any law to which he is subject. In case of minor he/she can be represented through legal guardian.
